2.4 Self-Excluded Players. 3.1 One Account. Each individual player may hold only one (1) sw418 account. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). sw418 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. 3.4 Account Security. 3.5 Non-Transferability. sw418 accounts are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your account is prohibited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sw418 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. sw418 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the timeframes set out in the sw418 cashier. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically complete within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank typically complete within one (1) business hour during Philippine banking hours. sw418 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (a) have completed sw418's KYC identity verification process; (b) have deposited at least once using a verified payment method; and (c) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your sw418 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. sw418 cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in relation to anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and is required by law to report suspicious transactions.
4.6 Currency. All sw418 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the sw418 Platform:

7.1 All content on the sw418 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of sw418 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sw418 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.
7.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of sw418 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
8.1 The sw418 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sw418 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and game integrity, sw418 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sw418 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network disruption, or force majeure events.
8.3 sw418's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sw418's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 sw418 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where sw418 has reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account information provided is false or misleading; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; or (d) sw418 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory order.
10.2 Upon termination, sw418 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or outstanding disputes) via the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
10.3 You may close your sw418 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you have to sw418 at the time of closure.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through sw418's internal complaints process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
